The 5th Element is an underground festival rooted in music, art, and transformation, unfolding in surreal destinations worldwide.
We unite the four classical elements — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water — and invite you, the seeker, to awaken the 5th. Its meaning is not given; it can only be discovered through sound, movement, ritual, and collective experience.
Expect a deep, raw, and soulful journey, from organic sounds to minimal grooves and driving tech house — designed to unfold gradually, like a ritual.

We gather where Caribbean seas merge with ancient jungle. With multiple venues and guided tours, it’s a destination to explore:

- Nighttime Jungle Venue: Hacienda Siesta Alegre, Río Grande

WHAT IS THE SACRED SPACE?
The Sacred Space is the heart of the festival — a daily gathering place to ground, connect, and reset. This alcohol-free zone offers nourishing food and wellness drinks, yoga and meditation sessions (included with 7-day passes), live performances, and ceremonies. Additional workshops and one-on-one experiences are also available.

WHAT TYPES OF TICKETS ARE OFFERED?
- 7-Day Pass (Wednesday, January 7th - Tuesday, January 13th)
- 3-Day Pass (Friday–Sunday)
- 1-Day Pass (selected dates only)
HOW DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBAND?
Present your ticket confirmation and matching government-issued ID at the box office to collect your RFID wristband. This wristband grants festival access and acts as your cashless wallet for bars and vendors.

WHAT ID IS REQUIRED FOR LOCAL DISCOUNT?
A government-issued ID clearly proving residency in Puerto Rico. The ticket name must match the ID.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred through PieTix or FourVenues only. The new purchaser’s name must appear on the ticket before wristband pickup.
⏳ Deadline for transfers: two weeks before the event.
Online tickets are transferable via PieTix and FourVenues, only the person whose name is on the confirmation/ticket can pick up the wristband. If you’ve transferred your ticket through the ticketing system, the name on the ticket will be changed to the new purchaser. The deadline to complete a secured ticket transfer on the ticketing platform is 2 weeks before the event date.
How to Upgrade Your 7-Day Full Experience Pass from GA to VIP ?
- Open the email where you received your original ticket(s) and download them.
- On the second page of your ticket, look under “Additional Information.”
- Click the blue hyperlink that says “Adding Complements.”
- You’ll be redirected to the checkout page — select quantity: 1.
- Choose the VIP Upgrade Add-On and click Proceed to Payment.
- Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a new VIP ticket via email.
Your previous GA ticket will no longer be valid once the upgrade is processed.
CAN A FRIEND PICK UP MY WRISTBAND?
No. Only the person whose name is on the ticket can collect the wristband. If you’ve officially transferred your ticket, the new purchaser’s ID must match the updated ticket.
CAN I GIVE MY PHYSICAL WRISTBAND TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No. Once collected, wristbands are non-transferable. Any tampered wristbands will be voided.
CAN I GET MY WRISTBAND REPLACED?
No. Lost, damaged, or stolen wristbands cannot be replaced. Please take care of your wristband.
CAN I BUY FROM A THIRD PARTY OR SCALPER?
No. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties are invalid. The 5th Element reserves the right to refuse entry for any unofficial purchases.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We recommend staying in San Juan. Shuttles will connect the daytime beach venue with the nighttime jungle venue.

IS THERE TRANSPORT TO THE EVENT?
Yes. Shuttles will run between San Juan (day venue/box office) and the nighttime jungle venue.

ADDITIONAL ENTRY & BEHAVIOR POLICIES
The 5th Element Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in unruly, unsafe, or illegal behavior. Fraudulent or tampered wristbands will be voided. No refunds will be issued.

The 5th Element follows a Leave No Trace policy, with sustainability woven into the design of the experience. While Puerto Rico’s green infrastructure is still evolving, we are committed to minimizing impact through on-site recycling, waste management, and proper disposal systems.
